  • Sound baths calm and regulate the parasympathetic nervous system of the body by utilizing different therapeutic frequencies. It can help the body on so many levels.  Your sound bath will be customized to your needs and preferences.

  • Sound baths can feel easier than other meditative practices, because it doesn’t require a lot of discipline or patience to learn how to do it. All that is required is to find comfort and listen.

  • The sound bowls will not be placed on you. If you desire to have this added to your session, speak with you doctor first. Direct vibrational contact could worsen certain physical ailments. Your health is important to us.

  • You may experience strong emotions... that’s okay, it’s all part of the healing process. Remember, you are in a safe space and take it slow.

  • Sound Therapy can help to heal, not just the physical and emotional body, but the being inside as well.
